The book of Isaiah in the Holy Bible speaks of Jesus. We hear this preached every Christmas service.
Isa 9:6
6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful , Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
ENGEL v. VITALE, 1962; ABINGTON v. SCHEMPP, 1963; COMMISSIONER OF EDUCATION v. SCHOOL COMMITTEE OF LEYDEN,1971 - A verbal prayer offered in a school is unconstitutional, even if that prayer is both voluntary and denominationally neutral. (Now evolution is being taught in schools in place of creation and prayer is discouraged and considered unconstitutional?)
STEIN v. OSHINKSY, 1965; COLLINS v. CHANDLER UNIFIED SCHOOL DIST., 1981; BISHOP v. ARONOV, 1991; DURAN v. NITSCHE, 1991 – Freedoms of speech and press are guaranteed to students and teachers – unless the topic is religious, at which time such speech becomes unconstitutional. (How can the government restrict inalienable rights when it comes to religion? What would happen if a practicing Muslim came to school and was not allowed to "practice"?)
STONE v. GRAHAM, 1980; RING v. GRAND FORKS PUBLIC SCHOOL DIST., 1980; LANNER v. WIMMER, 1981 - It is unconstitutional for students to see the Ten Commandments since they might read, meditate upon, respect, or obey them. (What do you suppose would have happened if the kids at Columbine High School would have read the Ten Commandments and decided not the bring their guns to school with them?)
How can the government rest upon the shoulders of Jesus if we allow the government to take Jesus away from our children?

"Can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are of the gift of God? That they are not to be violated but with His wrath?" - Thomas Jefferson
"If you love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams
One might think these are harsh words but these are the words of our founding fathers. They are the reason we call America "The Greatest Nation on Earth". It is because of men like John Adams, Samuel Adams Benjamin Franklin, John Hancock and many others that wrote the founding documents that founded this great nation.
Let us not forget what is written in the U.S. Declaration of Independence.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
The ideas and ideals were the principles of the Declaration. It is also an assertion of what is known as the "right of revolution": that is, people have certain rights, and when a government violates these rights, the people have the right to "alter or abolish" that government. Did you know it said that?
Those that are in "power" will stop at nothing to remove God from this nation so they can continue to pursue their own selfish agenda.
Rom 8:31
31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
Don't be afraid to be a Patriot…because they are not afraid to be an absolute autocracy.
